Admin seats are $10 per month each. The $299 Team plan includes one admin seat; additional seats are $10 per month each. Invite an assistant from Settings → Team & access and choose which transactions they can view or manage. One admin can support multiple agents using the same login; each subscribing account controls and pays for its own seats.
Admin access is available at no charge during the pilot. Admin seat billing will activate with paid checkout.
One deal stays one deal.
Corrections, addenda, and a transaction continuing into another month do not count as another transaction. Subscription allowances apply to new transactions.
When a deal falls through
Keep the transaction’s documents and history by marking it as fallen through. A $50 purchase is nonrefundable. Under the $99 subscription, an eligible canceled transaction earns one replacement credit. The credit is usable while the subscription remains active.
Billing and automatic replacement credits will activate with paid checkout. No existing transaction will be retroactively charged.
