Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026

1. About Relay

Relay is an AI-powered transaction coordination platform being developed for real estate agents, teams, brokerages, and related real estate professionals. Relay is currently under development and may be offered through private beta, pilot, or limited-access programs.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Relay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

3. Intended Use

Relay is designed to assist authorized real estate professionals with transaction coordination, document review, deadlines, workflow management, communications, integrations, and related administrative functions. Relay does not replace the professional judgment of licensed real estate agents, brokers, attorneys, escrow professionals, title professionals, or other qualified individuals.

4. Human Review and Approval

Relay may use artificial intelligence and automation to extract, summarize, prepare, recommend, or organize information. Users are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it or taking actions that may affect contractual rights, legal obligations, commissions, payments, escrow instructions, compliance, or other material transaction terms.

5. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Relay does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Information produced by Relay is intended to support administrative and transaction-management workflows and should not be treated as professional advice.

6. Accounts and Authorized Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for ensuring they are authorized to access and process the information they provide to Relay. Users may not use Relay to access another person's account, records, or systems without authorization.

Transaction Recordkeeping

Relay supports transaction coordination and is not a permanent records archive. Agents and brokerages are responsible for maintaining complete transaction records, including communications and attachments, in their approved recordkeeping system. Download and review available records while you have access, and retain originals that are not included in Relay exports. An export contains available saved records, not a guarantee that every transaction communication or historical document has been captured. These responsibilities do not replace Relay's obligations concerning information it processes or stores.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Relay may connect with third-party services such as real estate transaction platforms, customer relationship management systems, e-signature providers, email services, cloud storage providers, and brokerage platforms. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, permissions, availability, and technical limitations.

8. Data Accuracy

Relay attempts to process transaction information accurately, but artificial intelligence and automated systems can make mistakes. Users are responsible for confirming material transaction data, deadlines, documents, commission calculations, contact information, and other information before acting on it.

9. Commission and Payment-Related Information

Relay may assist with preparing commission information, referrals, team splits, deductions, escrow letters, or similar payment-related documents. These items require appropriate human review and approval before submission or transmission. Relay should not be relied upon as the sole source for determining amounts owed or payable.

10. Acceptable Use

Users may not use Relay for unlawful activity, unauthorized system access, fraud, misrepresentation, interference with third-party services, distribution of malicious software, or any activity that violates applicable law or another party's rights.

11. Intellectual Property

Relay and its software, designs, workflows, branding, and proprietary technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Relay or its technology to users.

12. Availability and Changes

Relay is under active development. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

13. Suspension or Termination

Access to Relay may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect users, systems, data, third parties, or the integrity of the platform, or when these Terms are violated.

14. Disclaimer

Relay is provided on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. No automated system can guarantee that every document, deadline, transaction issue, or error will be identified.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relay and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including losses resulting from inaccurate information, missed deadlines, third-party system failures, or user decisions.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Relay evolves. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

17. Contact

Questions regarding these Terms may be directed to the Relay operator through the contact information made available through the Relay service or its official communications.
